| About The Film |
| This training program, the first of its kind is based on the world’s first management film - ‘Chanakya speaks – the seven pillars for business successes’. This film combines the wisdom of Chanakya given in his book Kautilya’s Arthashastra with the learning and experience of modern and successful business leaders of India who run large corporations and organisations. |
| Inspired by the book ‘Corporate Chanakya’ the story of the film revolves around the quest of a young business executive trying to rediscover Chanakya’s teachings. Mentored by his quirky ‘boss’, he discovers Chanakya’s Seven pillars Construct (Model) and sets upon a journey to apply the learnings, for the growth of his organisation and betterment of his own life. In this interesting journey he makes opportunity to meet face to face with some of India’s most successful business leaders in business and otherwise: Mr. Narayana Murthy (Infosys); Dr Santrupt Misra (Aditya Birla group), Vinita Bali(Britannia), Subroto Bagchi(Mind tree); Raamdeo Agrawal(Motilal oswal); D.Sivanandhan(ex Director General, Maharashtra Police). He realises, that Chanakya’s teachings are still relevant and pertinent in the current business context both in letter and spirit, helping him to set a new direction for himself and for his company. |
| The film recently released in August 2012 has been highly talked around in corporate circles, media, and leaders of various sections of the society. We call it an ‘edu-tainmet (education with entertainment). Within a month of its release it has also won the prestigious International ‘Award of Merit’ at ‘The Inde Fest’, California, USA. |
